Purpose of The Blog
The purposes of this Blog are:
1) To help me become a better writer.
The Blog gives me a chance to post my writings on a public forum. Instead of only writing in my journal, my friends and family will now have the opportunity to critique my writing. I am in the infancy of my writing career and need all the critique I can get.
2) To help me master the internet.
As I stated in About Me, I don't like the internet. However, as an aspiring journalist, the internet is the most important resource I have. I must learn and master the internet.
3) To keep friends and family updated on my life.
I am constantly on the move. I have no idea where the next couple of years will lead me. The Blog gives my friends and family an opportunity to 'check in on my life' and to keep in touch whenever they see fit.
4) To indulge myself.
5) To give potential employers a feel for my personality and to sample my writing, however crappy it may be.

yo brett, i just read your post on my blog ( i forgot i had one for few months ), im doing good, finishing the blueprint video now so it means few more skate trips. Im back at university too, doing the same year again, and i have a parisian girlfriend who is the most amazing girl i've ever met. im following your roadtrip on your blog, this introduction in journalism seems great, it's good that you take this opportunity in santa fe to learn more about this job. you'r the man. cheers bro !
